Shipping Time
*We do not ship Internationally or Outside US*At azcutlery.com, our shipping is determined by the net weight and the destination of the order. Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen. After recieving the order, the order is shipped within 24-48 hours except the weekend. During busy times of the year please plan ahead. All orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis.
We also offer Shipping through (UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd day Air).
Shipping Address
To ensure fast processing of your order(s), please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held until the credit card holder is contacted by our customer service representative to confirm the order(s).Order Delivery Confirmation
In order to minimize losses and protect the interests of Azcutlery as well as our customers in the event a package is delivered to an incorrect address, Azcutlery requires signature confirmation of delivery on all domestic US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). Customers who wish to decline the signature option for any reason must sign the Delivery Signature Waiver for any order made (waivers cannot be kept on file). As circumstances change, Azcutlery reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.Cancellations
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges & Unsatisfied customers are welcome as long as they are done within 72 business hours of receipt of merchandise. Anyone exchanging or unsatisfied with their products will have to pay the shipping cost when we have to reship their product/products. If for any reason a customer would like to exchange or are unsatisfied with their product/products, they will have to ship it back to us and the original shipping cost for exchanges or unsatisfied product/products will not be reimbursed.
